Many couples have a difficult time deciding when they should seek fertility treatment. If you answer "yes" to any of the below questions, please contact us for a consultation and evaluation.
- If you are 35 years of age or older and have been unable to conceive within six months.
- If you are under 35 years of age and have been unable to conceive within one year.
- If you have had two or more miscarriages.
- If you have tried fertility drugs for three to four menstrual cycles without success.
- Your fallopian tubes were removed or are totally blocked; you have had major abdominal surgery
- If your mother or sister went through menopause at an early age.
- You were told your uterus did not form normally and is divided completely or incompletely in into tow cavities (uterine anomaly).
- If you have a history of endometriosis, fibroids or pelvis infections.
- If you have irregular or extremely painful periods or none at all. If you do not have basal body temperature rises when you take it every morning. Your ovulation kit is always negative.
- If you have problems losing weight and/or acne, increased facial or body hair.
- You had tubal ligation (surgical sterilization procedure) as a form of birth control and no have changed your mind and want to have a baby again.
- You have been told that the sperm count and /or motility is abnormally low or that there is no sperm in the semen analysis.
- There is a problem with ejaculation and /or the ability to produce sperm.
