Our Patient Specialist Service:
When you call to make your first appointment with Fertility Specialists of Houston, our nurse practitioner or physician's assistant will conduct and initial phone interviews with all new patients prior to their in-office appointment with us.
The interview will obtain a thorough history and order appropriate testing, request medical records and mail you pertinent information. This initial contact ensures that your first visit with us is more productive, a comprehensive plan can be established and the overall first experience can be less stressful.
You will be assigned a particular, experienced nurse who will be your contact person throughout your care with us.
You will also be assigned a patient financial specialist who will be available for any financial related issues.
Classes & Support Group Information:
